  The Quality Coffee brewing class is great. You learn a lot. And even though is it part of the Barista training course series, it is great for home enthusiasts. In fact I think all but two people in my class were home enthusiasts. My one regret is I did n9t sign up for the Espresso and Milk Skills class at the same time. So home enthusiasts do not be put off by the "Barista training label". You will make better coffee at home!

  Gosh, just where do I begin? After waiting for a year to attend, I can honestly say that the ENTIRE experience was worth every penny spent and every minute in class! Tom, Claire and Robert kept it real, gave their all to confirm that this is the path you want to make of being a coffee shop owner. If you've been thinking about attending, do it! You will not regret it!

  Thank you so much for the wonderful experience i had at Texas Coffee School! I have gain so much knowledge about coffee as well as all the aspects of open and running a specialty coffee shop. Tom has so much in depth knowledge about coffee and business operation. I would strongly suggest anyone who dream of being your own boss, passionate about coffee and have strong entreprenuer mind, should attend this 3 days traning. Clair is also exceptional. Her passion for coffee and years of experience in the field will surely guide you through the practice and hand on experience in the process of learning the art of making coffee and tea. Thank you Tom and Clair for the exceptional guidance you have both provided to us here at Texas Coffee School!

  You may hesitate and ask yourself if this program worth signing up for or if it's legitimate. Trust me it's worth every dollar and more. Very well credibility and very informative. I truly enjoyed this experience and obtained the knowledge I needed to advance in the next step.

  Really enjoyed the Texas Coffee School program. Claire does a great job taking you step by step in the fascinating world of espresso, milk and coffee brewing techniques. Tom does an exceptional job sharing his knowledge and experienced in the coffee industry as well as business. As a business owner I highly recommend attending his class. It’s a small investment that will not only save you money in making costly mistakes, but more importantly saving you TIME.
