  I appreciate the people that work at this bank, but working with their outdated systems is very frustrating. I sent a wire transfer request two hours prior. Apparently none of the four people I sent the request to saw the email in time, and ultimately we missed the deadline. Problem with international transfers is, missing a deadline means two days wait. I have been with this bank a few years now, and have watched them update the system over time. Hopefully they continue to update. As things improve more I will happily update my review.
