::I have had good customer service a year ago but the last two time there have been horrible. They ran the SKU of a product and told me that price was wrong and try to double it. I also was looking at stone and the batch they had received had a ton of dirt in it and when I asked about having the dirt removed they informed me they had to pay for it with the dirt therefore I had to pay for it with the dirt.

::I was there today and had a very bad experience. This was the third time I have shopped with you in the past 2 weeks. I opened an account with your company thru my personal business as well. I was very pleased after the first two trips and every one was very customer service oriented. Being a first time customer, that meant a lot. Today.....a different story. I was very disappointed and almost don't want to come back. I say almost, because I feel this can be taken care of like I do with my own customers for customer service reasons. I pulled up to your scale today and weighed in. Took a while to get someone over the intercom and then couldn't understand what they were saying. So I responded "I need some flagstone and will be self picking." I already bought 4000 lbs the first visit. Just needed 20 more pieces of decent sized flagstone from the front line. I went to the front line and literally every piece was under 2 sq feet. Some were so small I wouldn't ever consider. I still pulled 15 pieces from the front after digging and hunting for those "Easter Egg" pieces. It was like trying to find a "unicorn". Seriously not trying to be funny. So my employee and I needed 5 more pieces but large pieces. We went behind the wall and picked 5 more pieces from 3 pallets that were already opened and picked from. PICKED FROM. I knew someone would come say something because the first day we were told that the pallet we bought cost an extra large % due to pulling it out with a fork lift.....really??? I can drive and have licensing for 4 different types of forklift machines. So it cost extra for me to buy more???? Wow! I let it slide the first day. Because I'm a "good customer". Right? Even talked to the one of the owners the first day and he was very very helpful. So I just shrugged it off because he was so nice even as an owner dealing with a first time customer. Made me a customer for sure that day. But let's get back to today and then add everything up. So after scaling and weighing in, picking 15 from the front and 5 pieces from the back, I was told they would charge me $.04 extra per lb for the whole 20 pieces even though I only got 5 pieces from the back and from opened pallets that were more than half way pulled from. Once again, I was charged .04 cents extra per lb for me walking an extra distance to the back to pull DECENT sized pieces instead of 12" x 12" stones, and then walking them back to my truck myself. I was charged more for doing more work MYSELF????? WHAT???? Fine....let is slide I did...and not in the "Yoda" voice from Star Wars. I then pulled up to the scale again to weigh out. Pulled up to the scale and watched the weight. 9120...4 seconds go by and then it bounces to 9160....2 seconds more and 9180 pops up. I hear the voice to move on. At this point I'm irritated. But I'm going to wait and see what is said inside. I pull up to the office and walk inside. I ask the lady at the counter what weight did she get before anything else is said. 9160...... Me - "Wait what?? How come when I pulled up it said 9120 for 4 seconds and then jumped to 9160 and then 9180??". Her - "Well when I clicked the button it said 9160." Me - "When you clicked the button it said 9160? Well I was on the scale for 4 seconds with 9120 showing." Her - "Well the wind sometimes settles the scale when we take the weight." I also brought up the fact that I only pulled 5 from the back and even told the younger guy outside who told me the extra charge for the 5. She still charged me for the whole lot. Even with an employee witness. That was her excuse! Really??? So the wind was hurricane forces today on March the 19th blowing directly down at 200mph in Keller Texas and added an extra 60lbs of weight to which I was charged an additional .04 cents per lb???? She was rude and didn't give ".02 cents" of customer service skills towards a new customer. My company is under BNB Concepts and I don't care about any response on here. What I care about is a phone call to figure out a resolve to this situation.

::I wish they wouldn’t make horrible noise at 3 and 4 am almost every morning of the week. The noise is especially worst on Thursday mornings. Wakes me up ALL the time. I don’t know if it’s deliveries or they are moving stock but it makes me wish they weren’t there.
