  This place was wonderful. I went by Zales and they wanted to send my husbands watch out because it was water resistant and it was a Fossil watch. They said it would be 2 to 3 weeks before we would get it back. Then I called this other place and they said that their watch guy is only there once a week and told me it would be $50 minimum to get a battery changed. So then I called a few other places, same story. I found this place, which is a tiny red dot, not a big red shopping bag on Google Maps. this place needs to be featured like the other places. The best customer service. The guy is so sweet and he was super fast. He only charged me $10 hours for the battery. This is what I was used to being charged whenever I got it changed in Florida. But every time I called somewhere here in New York they want to charge you an arm and a leg. They had beautiful jewelry in there although I did not buy any. I really do want to just say one more time how great this guy was. I gave him my watch and he fast walks back to the back to change my battery. He was on top of it and super happy to do it for me. Such a sweet man.
