  Terramar park is a pretty nice neighborhood park, but don't go there between 2:15 and 3:15pm, Mon-Fri & also half days (kids are out at 11:35). The parking lot gets jam packed with parents picking up their kids. Boy/Girl restrooms, playground, some shade and windy!!

  Small park. Not bad for a neighborhood park. Decent shade. Small parking lot. Right next to a school. The parking lot was extremely crowded when children were getting out of school. It was clean, just not very exciting or fun.
