  Sent an email to them on Feb. 16th. regarding a tile. Still waiting to hear back. Decided to go to the Tile Shop.

  Went to look at tile after being recommended by our contractor and hated the entire experience. Gina was a god awful individual who couldn’t be bothered to help us. She refused to listen to what we wanted because it wasn’t what she liked or thought we should be using. Gina refused to even get out of her seat to help us. Gina said, “Go look in the back on the pull outs. You’ll have trouble by yourself, but jus go look.” We we’re so appalled by her behavior we walked out and refuse to go back. We will never use this company and we will be telling others to NEVER use the company either. When I went on to find the information to contact the general manger to complain, but of course, the company doesn’t have that information on their website. Also, when you walk in, no one greets you, it is just a very unfriendly place. Wish I could give a 0 Star, but 1 is the lowest so it will have to do.

  This store has a large selection, lot of space and many options to review. However, I went there and did not realize you had to sign in to get help. I am always on a tight schedule but waited for 45 minutes. We finally asked for a pen and paper at the front desk, and the woman did not even look at us, and gave us a piece of paper so we can at least write down our options. I ended up leaving, and to be fair, I went back a week later, very similar experience, no one greeted me, said hello...nothing. All I needed was grey subway tile. Finally I got someone to help, she was helpful, and showed a few options. I ended up going to another place, just because of the time factor. I do not need a lot but being greeted in a store like this, or at least set expectations on time and how to get help would make this store a five star. It is those small things that set the customer experience.

  Reggie Ann was amazing sooo helpful and patient. Everything looks beautiful. she is so talented in design ,color and contrast

  Working with Gina was wonderful. She expedited samples and followed-thru on the project. Would definitely work with Terra Tile and Marble again!
