First time I was here with my wife and we enjoyed the food. Came back with the whole family and have been waiting 45 minuets just for the appetizer salads. Extremely disappointing.

Was very pleasantly surprised by Terra this weekend when a group of us went for brunch. Too many (most, actually) restaurants don't try in this part of NYC; really low bar for food and service across the board and they still stay in business because people have nowhere else to go. Enjoyed the food, the steak + eggs benedict were cooked exactly to order (medium rare), a concept completely lost on nearby restaurants, the eggs were perfectly poached. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meal and the smoothies had a punch to them. Will be back for dinner but so far, I'm very impressed. They're really in a world of their own in south Brooklyn.

I love the food at Terra. Every single food item we have ordered there is on point. Food is super delicious! Mmmmm! I am taking one star away for their service. They had a very nice young Russian guy serving who i believe did not have any experience but was trying very hard. It was pretty bad. After 45 minutes of waiting our food, we finally got it. And it was delicious. I will go there again just because I love the food. Place is new, clean. Other than waitstaff, nothing to complain about. Great little gem in a middle of Sheepshead Bay.

Pretty good! There's a couple things to finesse but that's pretty normal for a new restaraunt. I had the NY strip, the Lobster Bisque and tried the spaghetti and Meatballs. Pasta was good, nicely done. The steak was cooked correctly but the menu advertised it was a 6 oz. Strip and looked to be around 16 oz. So the price more accurately depicts quantity and not quality even though it was a decent steak. The mashed potatoes were a bit bland and did not come out cheesy or garlicky as the menu advertised, perhaps a small human error. Other than that the soup was pretty good as well! Would come again to try the Brunch!
