  Worst company I ever came across .. to receive money and charge you they are lightning fast but when it comes time for service they take their sweet time...had a window from 10am to 12pm and they never came made me miss my son's baseball game due to incompetent people.. horrible horrible company do not recommend to anyone

  Upon calling Terminx over a year ago, when we first discovered a termite infestation they immediately came out and evaluated the situation. We purchasd a 1,500 contract and they installed "pods" around our home. No issues, no termites! Then, three weeks ago a tech came by to fill the traps and shortly there after we found a few "swarmers". We immediately called and were told someone would get back to us within 24 to 48 hours. Its now been a full week since we called and we still havent heard back. Oh and did I mention they cashed my 300 quarterly payment? Is this really how they treat current customers? I wish I had the chance to read the reviews before engaging with them but unfortunately we were frantic to get resolution. If you are reading this before you've fallen into their trap, save your money and go elsewhere. We called JP McHale.

  I paid 1200 for service. No one has come in a year to check the bait. They took 300 out of my account three months before the end of the year for the next round of treatment. The check I got back will not deposit into my account. No one has called me back and I can not get a hold of them. This is by far the worst experience with a company I have had. In addition. Last year a company ( not Terminix) started billing me on behalf of the company. It looked like junk mail. I strongly recommend you not working with Terminix.

  Henry Potenzieri, the inspector that has been handling my house for 5+ years now is one of the most sincere, funny, helpful, dedicated and professional men I've ever met. He never ceases to amaze me with his level of personal attention and professional care. He must be one of the single best brand representatives for Terminix in the entire country!
