::Let me tell stay clear of terminix. They steal your money, their customer service is horrible at least at this branch, when you ask for things they give you issues yet you are paying them to do work, they dont work around your schedule they do what they want when they want, they hike up the price at their convenience. I will never recommend terminix to anyone, they are a complete rip off and the products barely work. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!!!

::We received the absolute worst horrible customer service over the past two days. We were given false information, treated disrespectfully, degraded, and received completely unprofessional customer service. To the point that we cancelled our contract with them, I would NEVER recommend to anyone to get this service. How can a company this large and nationwide be so bad? We spoke to three different managers, the district manager, and we were given different information every time. They had been working on my house for years but never fixed the problem and when I called them to come again, they said the contract that I had does not exist and wouldn't allow me to pay because my credit card expired, despite having a new one. I have never ever experience this level of disrespect, and I hope no one has to go through this. PSA to single mothers all throughout LI, you will be spoken down to and degraded like you aren't even a person. I don't know how this place stays in business when the customer service is nonexistent and so blatantly rude! 5 different people yelled at me after I told them I have proof of being hospitalized with cancer, but they responded by yelling at me and telling me its my fault I could not stay on top of my finances at the time... Please save your time and money and go to someone who cares about you. IF my card did not work because it expired, shouldn't someone have reached out to me to tell me that they need a new number? But no, it is continuously my fault. They couldn't even find my contract with them even though I have had one for 10 years, they did not care at all that I was hospitalized which was the only reason I could not pay. Again, 5 different men were talking over me and yelling at me. I am so saddened and disappointed that a company this large has no idea how to do customer service.

::No results after months of service , don't waist your money . It's all a scam to buy more product . They will always blame the client and their recommendations are usually upgrading the service .

::Great when you first call and pay for contract. After that your on your own. On hold for over 1/2 hour waiting for a representative...completely unexceptable customer service. Don't use them if you don't have to. Call another company!

::Great service!!! We have used Terminix for some time. Initially for termites and later for ants. Their technicians are very friendly and thorough. Scheduling a follow up appointment after regular service has always been easy.
