  The process began with an inspection by Nicholas Bari who was personable and thorough. He worked with me to find a convenient appointment time and date for me. While the cost was on the high end, I was counting on getting what I paid for. The Terminex professional, Kelechi, sent to my home to do the work was extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and quite willing to go the extra mile to rid my home of mice. His attentiveness to my problem helped relieve the high level of stress the situation had caused me. Kelechi patiently answered all my questions and assured me he would be willing to return if I felt the need for a second appointment but even though the treatment occurred only recently, I am confident the problem has been resolved. At this point in the process, I am thoroughly satisfied.

  I see negative reviews. Are these for the Staten Island location, and if so, I just don't see it. Top notch and respectable so far. The technician Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. The man showed up within the time frame I was promised and was a pleasure to work with. It seems I have termites and carpenter ants, so I signed up for termite and pest control with him. The following week the service started and I was promised a time frame from 12:00 until 4:00. The fella who came by to service my house, Joshua, showed up at 12:00 on the button, and got right to work. I will have to wait and see the results of the treatment, but as far as the human face of the company, the two men I have dealt with have been outright diligent and absolutely courteous.

  DO NOT USE TERMINIX. worst serve Ive ever experienced.contacted them 6 months ago about termites. they came and installed traps around half my house. avoiding all the areas that had concrete -which was where the termites were. they told me another technical would come back and drill in the cement to add more bait stations. after multiple attempts to get them to come and finish the job they never showed up again. 6 months to not even finish a job??? even though it was a 1 year contract with them. this company is scam DO NOT USE!!! I ended up talking to a regional manager who apologized and offered a refund.

  Terminix did a great job by expanding in this critical area. Once I got the notification of your rodent service in an email, I immediately called and set up appointment. I was impressed by how well and how quickly the Terminix employees both provided an overview and then executed the fixes. We have had no squirrel in the house since the Terminix employees left. Overall, we’re very pleased with the way this has turned out!
