::The salesman who came to our home was very professional. He listened to my concerns and my thoughts on the situation. Even educated me on termites and the process for protecting my home. I spent many years in sales. This gentleman was not pushing he was very polite. I would highly recommend him and Terminix to any and all of my friends for their concerns with termites in their homes.

::Tony Moreno provides a pest free environment for our home and family. We appreciate his professionalism and expertise with each quarterly service from Terminix. He answers all of our questions and takes the time to address any particular area of concern we may have. He is always courteous and friendly.. we couldn’t ask for more!

::UPDATE Feb 2018: Kudos to technician WILLIE MCGUIRE. He is professional, thorough, and courteous. Willie answered all our concerns and took appropriate action. This is a reputable company and their quarterly treatments are on time and effective. We have also had other services with them and appreciate their guarantees and advance notices, eg technician is on the way and their name. Thanks! Nov 2017: Our Terminix technician, Michael Rickman, performed quarterly Exterior General Pest Control on 8 Nov 2017. At our request, he also checked areas of concerns inside our home and the garage, and applied pest control where needed. Michael was very professional, timely, and alert to our requests and concerns. Please send our Kudos to him, and thanks for a job well done!

::I had a service plan with Terminix from July of last year until this morning. They were supposed to spray every three months, with free follow-up sprays between if needed. The first example of poor customer service was when I needed a follow-up spray. The tech on the phone wanted species, numbers, and locations of every bug I had seen in the house since the first scheduled spray. After showing up, the exterminator lectured me on how it's "pest control, not pest elimination." He then thoroughly sprayed the house though. Next scheduled spray, the tech insisted it was unnecessary to spray the interior and my wife relented, so he just sprayed the exterior and charged the full $90-something. My wife's flowers wilted and died after that spray. I requested a modest refund for the value of their flowers with their money back guarantee (about $12), but I didn't get it. With this month's spray, the tech on the phone with my wife crossed the line. He said he really didn't want to come a second time to spray the interior while someone is home, and Terminix has this thing where we can just leave our house unlocked or leave a key under the mat and he'd enter our house alone to do the spray while walking us through it on the phone. I've never heard of a company performing services without someone 18 or older present. My wife didn't give in to his pressure, and in the end he was coming just to spray the exterior with the claim that someone would contact us to schedule the interior. Yeah, NO. I cancelled my plan. They could've offered me free Terminix for a year, and I would have said no, and I'm a sucker for a deal. I'd rather pay someone else.

::Michael came over when scheduled and efficiently went over the grounds and house, checking for termites. None found, which is what I was expecting (hoping ?) for. Ever since I started with Terminix, they came out and treated as they were supposed to. When their was a problem, they came out and made things right to my satisfaction. In South Texas, you really need this kind of protection, and Terminix does it right!
