  This is a wonderful studio for beginners or anyone needing special attention or assistance. Classes are gentle and slow. There are not many classes though and scheduled classes are frequently canceled. Usually about 14 classes before cancellations for $88.00 per month with an automatic withdrawal and a year contract. You should check the website before you drive over to make sure which classes will be canceled that week.

  Great place! Good vibes. Friendly and intuitive staff. Very cool with beginners. Always a good workout!

  What a wonderful yoga community and studio! Angel and her staff are amazing. They are very knowledgeable not only in yoga practice but also the physiology involved and the spiritual, centering aspects of the practice. The studio itself is a relaxing retreat - a very nice atmosphere in which to forget about the cares and stresses of the day and focus on being in the moment. I was warmly welcomed by everyone from the start and thoroughly enjoy being a member of this yoga community. This is truly a place where everyone can feel like they belong no matter your level of experience. Also, this studio serves the community and our veterans by participating in the Connected Warriors program which is free yoga classes for veterans, service members and their families
