::Unique “underground” bar/restaurant in SoMa. During lunch hours they offer the amazing dishes you can get from the “hole in the wall” restaurant next door, Box Kitchen. From those, I recommend the “Mac & Cheese Egg Rolls” – which consists of a fried roll stuffed with Mac and Cheese – and the amazing Box Burger. A friend of mine said he discovered Box Kitchen when searching for the best burgers in SF – which is definitely true: that’s one of the best burgers I’ve tasted in SF.

::I live in the neighborhood and I went here for my birthday with a friend. I personally don't go to bars at all. So went here because friend took me out and it's a 1 minute walk. We walked in and we're both asked to leave very rudely. I told them it was my b-day and that both of us are veterans. They told me that I was not the type of person that they want in there bar. They were being very prejudice and kinda racists towards me. This bar is not what I would call friendly towards people that don't fit their group of regulars. I would recommend it if you are a techie or yuppie but if you are not in that group of people get ready to be hated on and made to feel like a piece of garbage

::It's a good divey bar and proud of it. Good beers on tap, great bar food next door at box kitchen which you should bring in here, and reasonable prices. Looks like lots of regulars who dominate bartender attention so expect to wait. Pool sharks own the table.

::Lunazul margaritas are fantastic and worth the price, great place to hang out and play pool. Order food from Box Kitchen next door. It's all delicious.

::Two of my friends and I sort of stumbled upon this place. It's kind of in the cuts, and seems a bit like a shady bar. We were looking for a watering hole to get a couple drinks before we went to the club and this one definitely fit the bill. I think some would find it seedy, but I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and the fairly priced drinks. I would go back. They also had a pool table.
