  HAHAHA It's pretty funny how Sam chose my thorough review to reply back to. If you want to see what he's trying to hide, please read my review! About 2.. almost 3 years ago I had been to Sam at Tekniqo. Been to his place (runs it out of his apartment) in a LES housing project. Seemed very sketchy at first but he checked out. Went through business as usual. He inspected my PS3 and quoted me then I paid and left. Some time later, I went to go pick up my system and less than a week later, the unit had bricked on me AGAIN. Trying to get a response to such shoddy work, I phoned him repeatedly (including voice messages & texts) for A MONTH but to no avail. Seeing how obvious his BS is, I became very agitated. The ONLY time he called back to answer was to berate me about my foul language on the last voice message I left him. He dodges my calls and when I get frustrated and let off some steam, he calls me back to respond to me like some thug. He also tries to push you a warranty service for extra charge but whats the point when customer service is nearly non-existent. This guy is somewhat of a SCAM! He WILL initially fix your PS or XBOX but after it bricks again, he will avoid your calls like the plauge. It's like he knows how bad his service is and still pushes a warranty on you to scam you out of more of your money. Just don't waste your time or money with him. It's no wonder he works out of his home.. If he ran an actual storefront business, it would be most likely to fail early due to disgraceful work and disreputable service.

  Had a Windows Tablet that needed repair and Sam fixed it. Very happy now that i have my tablet back.

  I had Sam repair a PS3 YLOD situation about a month ago and Sam was excellent. Highly communicative throughout the process, great prices, and at the end of the day I've had a smooth running PS3 for the past month. Sam's the only guy I found in NYC who does a true re-balling of the machine. I've only had it for a month so far, but the work has stood up perfectly so far.

  Had a game PC with a that shut down to be more precise, Fallout 3 caused my motherboard to overheat and shut down my PC. I called several places, did some research and found no practical solutions for my problem. I posted this problem on a forum and someone responded with a reball solution and recommended tekniqo. The small company with a guy that works from home was the most professional and informative person I've met. Talking to him was like talking to Ben heck (look him up). So I detail the problem with my pc gaming board and in detail he (Sam) proceeds to break things down in lay terms. The turn-around or wait time was 3 days because he had to order parts. He showed me where he ordered the parts from and aside from the labor cost (which was quite reasonable) I paid for the parts and voila, I had a working game PC. Very happy with the fact that my game PC works better now than it ever did. Anyone that wants my feedback can contact me

  The man works from home. VERY transparent. everything is explained to you in detail. very happy with the results. Sam fixed my PS3 last year and its still going strong. Would highly recommend him over those who own storefronts and charge just to run a diagnostic.
