  This has got to be the worst credit union ever. Don't do your major banking needs here. I deposited 10,000 in here onetime and couldn't draw it back out at one time. They said I had to with draw my money in stages smdh!

  The worst bank I have ever used . ATM card gets restricted all the time for no reason and the staff is the most uninformed disrespectful people you will come across . Don't ever try to call customer service unless you want to waist hours of your life waiting just for their answering service to want you to give a message.....THAT THEY NEVER RETURN! Took all my money out

  Tefcu is not the greatest bank they do not have no necessities that other credit unions offer. I am definitely closing my account.

  I am pleasantly surprised upon entering this Branch. I joined ,and have frequented the D.C. branch... much to my chagrin. The differences between the two Branches is NIGHT and DAY. I actually felt welcomed and appreciated here. My sentiments for the D.C. branch are such that I had withdrawn most of my finances from them. I totally will now reconsider both Branch and placing money back into their trust . This is the way a FINANCIAL INSTITUTION is supposed to be run. KUDOS
