::I call several times during normal business hours and didn't get on answer. When I finally got someone, he seemed uninterested in my business. I was a new client seeking about 15-25 shirts. I was told to email my order which I did and I was told they could have it ready 7-14 days. I didn't receive any confirmation nor did I receive my order.

::This company has no idea how to provide customer service. HUGE lack of communication and is very tenebrous in terms of policy/practice. As you come into the office a little dog barks and snaps at you the entire time you are trying to discuss your order. When our items were ready we never got a call, if we left a message to check on our items we never received a call in return. Initially when we called with questions about the process of embroidering our items we were informed that they would create a disk that other companies who do embroidery would be able to use. As we became displeased with the services provided and the lack of communication, we were told that he is sorry but very busy right now with larger orders. He also informed us, even though we had asked repetitively if it would be a universal disk, that there is no way for us to get a copy of the disk because it is specific to his machine. Some of the items we brought in to be embroidered were ruined and we were not informed we were just told when we came to pick them up that the machine must have done something. Understandably, things can happen and our logo did have a high tread count, but the owner did not call us to let us know that the shirt we provided was ruined, he used his own stock and when we did not like the shirt he gave us he told us that it was a higher quality shirt than the one we provided. Since half of our shirts were ok and the other half needed to be redone we went to buy more of the same shirts for him to embroider correctly. He said he would reimburse us for the shirts we had to purchase but told us that that's why he does not like people to bring outside items in to be printed/embroidered. When we came to pick up the final shirts, which were embroidered nicely, we asked for the reimbursement. He took our information and made a copy of the receipts. Here we are two weeks later, with no reimbursement. When calling to check on it I was told he gave us "free" embroidery... In fact we paid for the number of correctly embroidered shirts. If you are looking for company/team embroidery/screen printing I would consider other options in Nashville.
