  I enjoyed working with Mentor very much and am favorably impressed with Teddy VW. Mentor offers great deals and treats customers with respect. It feels good to work with him. He goes the extra mile and strives to create a relationship with the customer. This reflects on the management of the dealership which is down to earth and customer oriented. I had a terrible experience with a Volvo dealership in Englewood, NJ where I was going to buy a Volvo earlier the same day that I called Mentor. He had reached out to me earlier in my car search, when I was in a state of indecision. I was in a bind. I sold my car the day before and had an appointment several hours away the next day. I found a lease special on a VW website for a dealer in a distant location and asked Mentor if he would match it. He, on approval of management, did one better. I was moved that he made the effort and then extended such a generous offer that I couldn't possibly refuse. It came from his heart and the heart of the dealership. No other dealership tries so hard to make a deal that works. Mentor is so efficient that he and Teddy W are able to finalize a deal in a matter of hours, all told. This dealership even has available license plates right there! Mentor’s process knowledge is exceptional. His knowledge of the VW cars is impressive. He was able to answer my every question about the Tiguan. His explanations are more instructive than the manual and superior to the information offered by online VW Chat reps. This is one smooth operation. I feel fortunate to have found Teddy VW and Mentor Alickaj. I visited four other VW dealerships: Manhattan, White Plains, Paramus and Oneonta. It’s worth a trip to the Bronx to work with Mentor, if you're not nearby to begin with. He’s a dream sales consultant. In my one month whirlwind search for a vehicle, I visited enough dealerships to establish a basis for comparison. I overcame my initial reservations about location. This dealership parks customers’ cars, which makes for a friendly welcome. I can't rave enough about my experience. I'm so relieved that I didn't go through with entering into a sales contract with the NJ Volvo dealership that treats customers unprofessionally and without regard. Buying a car amounts to entering into a relationship. Why not give Teddy VW a chance? Also, the Tiguan 2018 model is a really nice car. I choose it over the Honda CR-V, Nissan Rogue, Toyota Rav4 and Subaru Outback and Forester.

  Avoid this place at all cost. TWICE my husband has taken our car to be serviced for the same problem - Each time, they suggest another ludicrous price to fix it (the second time was for what they ruined 🗣🗣by not doing their job the first time) I call the corporate customer service liaison who says she can only make suggestions to the dealership🙄 😩. There is no accountability whatsoever! They have an F rating with the BBB, the service manager admitted fault then basically said "you're welcome, I fixed the problems we caused...for free🤷🏽‍♂️" all the while ignoring that my car is still not working (although I paid them over $700 to fix it). Please save yourself the trouble! The liason is supposed to talk to the general manager tomorrow however I've lost ALL faith in this place, and my car is still messed up😔😔 I'm posting to hopefully save someone else, we have 2 children, a faulty transmission that was 'serviced' and a company that refuses accept accountability.

  I am not fan of Teddy. I had bad experience with Teddy Nissan. So I went with Nissan of New Rochelle on my second lease. I thought let me give it a try to Teddy Volkswagen. At the end it was Teddy. Regretted my dealing

  if i could give them no stars i WOULD! Do not go here for service they will rip you off your money they take your money say they are going to fix something and they really don't, and when you try and talk to them they are nasty and don't refund you your money. They treat you really unfairly especially if you are NOT white. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! you have been warned.

  I am a retired used car manager with over 35 years in the business. Today I had one of the best buying experiences ever at Teddy Volkswagen. I first started dealing with Jorge Santiago who was phenomenal. I couldn't believe the great price I got and I figured I would get bumped once I got to the dealership. Well folks that didn't happen the number was the number and they stick stuck to it. My salesman Neil Fitzgerald was awesome the assistant sales manager Keith Roldan was also a pleasure to work with also. Brian in the detail shop clean the car has if it was a brand new Rolls-Royce if I could give Seven Stars for this rating I would. Very pleased would recommend to anybody for a straight-shooting dealership this places is the best
