  This review is not about the specific businesses that exist on the property but about the property (Tech Plaza) itself. It has a prime location, on 10th street, right across from Tech campus so it is an easy spot to catch a bite for lunch. It is home to some really popular places like Sublime donuts and Lucky Buddha. Well, that's it - that's all the good it has! The management itself that runs this plaza could be centuries old because they have a crazy parking policy. They quote 'If you leave the property even for a minute with the car still parked here, your car will be booted'. Well, I did before I knew their policy. I went across the street to the paper museum to get a package to send via UPS on the property. As I came back after 5 minutes, I saw that my car was booted because I "left" the property by crossing the road! I tried to reason and explain my situation but they were just adamant. After paying a hefty fine to get my car out of there, I decided never to go back to this property. I feel bad about the businesses there because they actually are pretty good - but if only the management of this property was different!
