  Great place. Would recommend. Great sandwiches next door to eat while you wait for your computer to be serviced.

  I am born and raised in Pleasantville, NY and love supporting the local small businesses. My laptop was having some issues and I took it to Tech Connect. They were so knowledgeable, kind and professional. Please check them out!

  I couldn't believe how quickly and easily Joe fixed my computer. And he did it remotely! I just picked up the phone and within 30 minutes my computer issues were resolved.

  I brought my monitor screen (that I purchased from Tech Connect) in for warranty repair last October. I still do not have it back. Update: The problem turned out to be ACER USA and not Tech Connect. When ACER did not come through in doing the repair Tech Connect got me a new monitor at their expense. Five stars to TC - zero stars to ACER

  Had my laptop keyboard replaced here. The keyboard was working again but I couldn't log in to my computer after it was fixed. They looked at it right away and told me it was a problem with windows 8 and fixed it free of charge the same day. I had to reinstall office and my antivirus but they made my computer usable again. They even let me rent a laptop for the week so I had a computer while they waited for the parts.
