  They are amazing here one of the workers helped me for over 30 minutes to find the tea I was looking for. I shop her quite often and I've always had the same amazing experience each time

  I have never been to a shop dedicated exclusively to tea before. But as a tea lover, how could I walk by such a place? I walked into a delightful smelling, clean store with amazing customer service. I swear we asked to smell almost every tea they had available and those folks were so patient. Yes, I spent a small fortune- the teas are not cheap. But they were worth every cent. The tea is high quality and unique.

  FANTASTIC customer service! I ordered Teavana tea products in late December (2011) from the store in the Anchorage 5th Avenue Mall. I am a university student down in the states, so I decided to have my products shipped to me (free of charge, since my order was over $50). Unfortunately, when I received my package one of the tea canisters had come open and spilled out everywhere, covering everything else in the box. I called the Anchorage store a few minutes later, and they immediately looked up my order and placed a new one for me. No questions asked. I probably wasn't even on the phone for a minute. THAT is what I call customer service!
