  This is a great place to learn the skills of boxing and get a good exercise while your there. I can admit Under coach J I have gained so much confidence in myself and I have learn to appreciate the sport even more.

  This is an awesome place! The environment is clean, safe and supportive. My son enjoys his time here. Coach Jason is passionate which is evident by his teaching techniques and commitment to the consumers.

  Coach Jason knows how to tailor drills and workout plans to suit all levels of fitness. The classes are fun, engaging and the coach really encourages you to push yourself. I enjoy learning from an experienced personal trainer and boxing coach and get good vibes from everyone in the group classes. We do drills together and motivate each other to fight for our health and never give up. The coach always tells us that fitness is not about going on these fad diets, its about a lifestyle change. In the summertime, we have classes in the park and some of the group members go on to compete in amatuer boxing matches which is exciting to watch.
