::Great customer service

::apparently all the tellers here cant do the same services behind the desk as any other branch. then tried telling me to come back another day like they know my schedule and when im available. not to mention they ordered checks on my account to my house address when i specifically requested i wanted temporary checks printed at the location because i had already ordered checks. made me spend money for nothing and im not wasting my time to bring them back for reimbursement either theyll pay return shipping or im disputing the charge.

::After spending years going there I must select another branch and possibly another bank. Taylor was quite the nasty teller but special thanks to Sue and Monica for saving me from her apparent nastiness. It seems they all know that this may happen if you are unfortunate enough to get Her. She knows it all and is eager to know the names of any one working for TFCU whom has ever misinformed me. She said she would “take care of them” but apparently she couldn’t. I ha e been misinformed by many recently not sure what is happening at TFCU. So sad. Heads up select a helpful and kind person or pick the Larkfuekd branch.

::Horrible Experience. Would never recommend. Was asked to write my name and wait till called, wrote my name and sat close to the register. With one person ahead of me, thought i would be done soon. I waited patiently, and counted tleast 7 customers being taken care who came after. Waited for an hour. Finally, the responsible comes and tells me my name wasnt in the register and i didnt write it. I did tell her, how could that happen, and i challenged to bring the register and can show her my name. This went for the second time. The next lady comes and says she called me. I gave her a straight no. i was seated right next to her, heard her call all the other names, and she gives me the bs, i didnt hear the name, like really. And the first didnt see my name in the register. Both are full of bs. Is this how they treat customers. I would totally unders, if they agreed it was a human error. they put the blame on me, when i did all the things right and waited patiently for an hour. I am pretty sure, this is not the first time it happened there, pretty much a regular basis. I would say they need some serious customer dealing training, they are full of attitude and arrogance.
