::The workers behind the counter are very nice courteous and pleasant. On the other hand you have the bank assistant manager? I think thats what her title is, Maria who is terrible. After waiting over 20-30mins for her to help us on a non busy time. One of the guys had to walk downstairs to get her she then came upstairs with an attitude didnt even tell me to have a seat at her desk almost like she expected me to know i had to sit there. The whole time i sat there she was giving me one word answers with an attitude. She has no customer service skills at all, this place continues to hire people who are not knowledgeable and are completely rude. I do not suggest anyone to walk in here and expect Maria to solve any issues that they are having with their accounts, your better off speaking to someone pleasant over the phone then dealing with someone like that.

::Banking is good with them it just the people who work there, they are not on time I had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes until they opened the doors no good it should be open on the time is display on the doors
