::No restroom for customers. They use our money but no restrooms for us. Chinatown and the one on First street NE Washington, DC. Also, the one in Clinton and the one in Georgetown. I don't know of a TD Bank that has a restroom. Sad.

::These are the least helpful group of people! I have been to this branch several times in the last 3 months, they keep saying they will call the credit department and get the issue resolved. Or that only a manager can resolve the issue and the branch manager is out on family vacation. How is it that the manager is on leave and the person acting on his behalf doesn't have the power to perform his duties? I went there in January and was told the manager would be back in a week and would give me a call. That has yet to happe. I went back again 4 weeks ago and was given a different story. To make matters worse it takes at least 30 minutes to get someone to talk to and they all act like it's not a big deal and yet their bank is charging my account $15 every month based on an issue that is their mistake. That they refuse to fix and keep giving me the run around.
