  I used their atm and it did not return my card. I waited for the manager and she instructed me to report my card as stolen. Does this make any sense TD Bank? Your bank steals my card and now I must order a new one. The manager was rude and couldn't articulate her policy. I wanted to use them for my banking services but after this experience I will make sure no one goes here.

  Probably the worst branch to go to, the branch manager is incredibly rude, after waiting for a bank check I needed her to call to get my credit card sent to the branch, after coming at the time I was called to come she tells me to come to her desk when I was done with the bank check, I get done and she then takes two other individuals and gives me the rudest attitude , the assistant manager should definitely take over this branch she is amazing, whereas the general manager is a moronic rude old woman
