  Every time I stop by this bank to use the ATM it's always out of service. Tonight was my 5th time. So much for being "America's most convenient bank"

  I wanted to recognize the teller who helped count the pennies, dimes and quarters for my kids savings. She was so friendly. I am grateful that instead of brushing us off or rushing, she took the time to handle my daughters guardian account as if it were a million dollars. That makes all the difference in customer service. Thank you Terry!
