  I went to the bank at around 12. I met with an agent named Mario. He is friendly and polite and was quick and amswered my every question. 10/10 for him

  Do not use the atm machine here. It is always out of order and the customer service is horrible.

  I never deal with their CS or banker there so no comment on that part. They recently hire a security guy standing at the main door making it look professional this is great. However, this location has only one ATM and the fact that you don't even need any banking card to open the door from outside to access the ATM makes me feel unsecured. Also when you stand in front of the ATM, the glass window on the left side is totally making you expose to the outside. I cover the keypad when pressing PIN each time, to prevent being seen from outside. They have a parking lot at the back which is very very convenient I have to point out this. But like I said, they still have a lot to improve on securing the privacy when ppl using the ATM. The door next to ATM needs to be installed some kind of device so that swiping a card is a must. And because of that I cannot give them 3 stars as security and privacy are more important than a Hello/how are you from CS when you walk in. I do hope TD Bank sees this and follow up with the issues stated above.

  Terrible,terrible customer service I feel like I've done something wrong when I go here, if they were so vigilant with their surroundings as they are with there customers maybe someone wouldn't have planted a skimming machine inside the branch to steal our money.
