  I have been a customer for a few years and have to say Jeanette, Pam and everyone at the Innis Ave/Main st branch have been nothing but accommodating to my needs. Not only are they friendly and remember their customers names, but they always stop what they’re doing to help. I can not recommend them enough.

  The people that work at this location are nice, but the customer service is horrible. If you call you are left on hold for over 2 hours. Their online banking always has "technical difficulties". Don't open an account at this bank, you will regret everything.
