  They refused drive through service to a disable veteran, shame on the management and workers. They had me 30min waiting on my car and refused to give me my money. Worst bank experience ever . SHAME ON YOU

  Close you're account and go elsewhere. I had my apartment broke into and checking account checks stolen, and written out and deposited into the thefts account at this location (i live locally here) i went here to report fraud and with a police report. I filled out the paperwork here and was told id get a call within a few days. Well 3 months past of being told "they'll call me back" i finally called the fraud department myself in which they told me they have no paperwork that i filed and we're unaware of the fraudulent checks. So i went back in person and they told me they misplaced the affidavit paperwork and never filed it! Imagine that?... so they had me fill out the paperwork again and another 4 months went by before i got my money back. I even filed with local police that TD would not give me my money back. Imagine that, 7 months for TD to give me back 450$ dollars. Horrible bank, take youre money elsewhere. Ps - TD is not even an American company. look it up, its British/Canadian. screw those redcoats. Support America.

  I went in with my cousin because she needed to print out a new card. We were helped by Lauren Hopkins and she was very nasty and condescending and passive aggressive. We may have went in close to the closing time, and we may have been a little unprepared, however there is a certain way you’re supposed to speak to clients and customers. My cousin was apologizing profusely for her lack of preparation and Lauren snapped back with an attitude stating she couldn’t even print a new one today anyways. She also wasn’t very helpful in explaining what exactly she did with my cousins account. She still has her money, however, Ms. Lauren Hopkins deleted her card and now my cousin has no access to her money. Ms. Hopkins seemed as if she had no idea what she was doing and wasn’t very helpful or considerate whatsoever. I will be calling and making a verbal complaint as well. Please teach your employees, especially Ms. Lauren Hopkins about patience and proper customer service etiquette.

  Went in on a Sunday. My bank was closed. My girlfriend uses TD and recommended i go there. All i needed was to exchange $40 for 40 singles for a birthday present. I was then asked for my debit card and when i said i didn’t have an account, i was told they couldn’t give me change. I just find it ironic that a bank will not give change without you giving them your money first! Absolutely absurd. We were going to open a joint account there, but will definitely not be doing business with them again. The teller was not nice about it at all either.

  I have been coming to this TD bank location for awhile. The place is spotless and the tellers are always polite. One person always stands out and that is Ianni and I have to say he is absolutely wonderful. He always has a friendly smile and he genuinely wants to know how your day was, as a customer you don't always feel like they actually care but he does. He is always professional with anyone he helps and he really makes you feel like you are important. Any questions I have asked about accounts he knows the answers to. I would recommend going to see him when you have any needs with the bank, his customer service is amazing and the reason I use this branch.
