  Not very attentive to their customers. I just went in there to get a new card, and report fraud on my account; it was empty. the teller told me I had to speak to a banker, and I was just sitting there waiting, while they were just talking. he told me there a few bankers ready, so I don't see why I wasn't seen right away. I had to leave, and go back to work, I'm sure he saw my sense of urgency

  No sense of urgency here. Awful branch. Stay away. The wait times are outrageous.

  The tellers are kind of slow but really pleasant but the notaries at this location are rude.

  Fast in and and out. Definitely needs more atms there's only two onsite.

  Today i tried to deposit a check to the teller. I asked her to make a copy of it and give it back to me. She refused. When I stated that it's a usual thing that I get in other branches, she said: "Not in this branch" with a nasty smile and then added: "That's a courtesy we do just once". I said, that it was my first time in this branch, so she went to manager, who did not allow to make a copy of a check on a copier. I know, it's a bank, but to make a copy.. what's a big deal..?
