  They r fighting over the phone with customers! It is hard for me to hear all the unpleasant talking after the teller hang off the phone!

  This is the worst location. Ever I seen and very very slow service and so rude talks I don’t even want to give 1star worst service ever seen.

  I was one of the first customers in this branch and i am thinking of moving all my accounts away now. They change mananagement completely every 3-6 month and it is loosing its appeal to me completely. New managers ignore you, dont respond to emails. The whole feeling of community bank is lost. Not its a faceless corporate structure. Maybe thats the goal? I used to come in chat with susan branch manager or olyvia branch manager.. and now they never know me and i have no idea who they are... Much improver since - thank you!

  False advertisement. They claim to be open till 6, but close at 5
