::The bank tellers here are racist, to the point that I had to call the police myself because I knew they were going to call them anyways, I written a formal complaint to corporate in regards to an incident that occurred in which they wouldn’t cash my check even with two forms of ID provided. My license and Bank of America card. I went to the Patchogue location shortly after and they cashed my check with no problem. This happened twice, not once but twice. Do not come here if you are part of the minority.

::Wow People reviewing are funny. It isn’t the banks job to manage your money. It’s yours. The app is pretty crystal clear. Why post bad reviews because you’re not on top of your own finances? to the people complaining of attitudes: Attitdues didn’t make you broke or manage your money poorly. Is that what you complainers state, that the day you were given an article is the day you tanked and lost all your money, or made a late payment, or were over drafted? Use your banking app and check it frequently. The world needs less whining and victim self- identifying and more responsibility. Leave the tellers alone lol, fix your finances first then complain about attitudes after. :)

::Great people who work here from tellers to bankers and even the manager, Joe. Although this place does tend to get busy and there might be some wait to see the teller, this only goes to show that it’s busy because people want to bank here! They have a great team, very helpful and knowledgeable staff who would go above and beyond to help. I bank here for my both personal and business purposes and I am extremely satisfied with their services!

::I applied for a personal loan online to pay off 3 of my credit cards and they told me go to the closest branch to finish the process. Customer service in this location is the worse. Two of my credit cards got the checks a month later and the third one still pending. The staff in charge don't follow up the process with the customers. Very disrespectful. I literally had to show up in person several times because Lisa the assistant manager never replied my phone calls and emails and in fact, tomorrow I will go in person again for the same situation. It's going to be two months now and still one credit card didn't get the check and I've been paying this loan too. This is very unprofessional and for sure this is the first and last time I make business with this bank and branch. Don't go there if you need serious respectful and PROFESSIONAL customer appreciation...
