  The lines in this bank are the longest. Waited in thr drive through with no movement and then waited inside with an even longer wait. With all the banks locally this is not one that i am going to stay with. I am taking my money out of my accounts and going elsewhere.

  Very poor customer service. Everyone standing around talking and there are people waiting for over 30-45 minutes to talk to someone.

  Worst bank for business. I was charged overdraft fees close to $500.. They never told me my account was overdrawn, not a single call or text or email or online message in my online banking inbox. This was done in 4 days. I closed my account. Horrible business tactics.

  I applied for a personal loan online to pay off 3 of my credit cards and they told me go to the closest branch to finish the process. Customer service in this location is the worse. Two of my credit cards got the checks a month later and the third one still pending. The staff in charge don't follow up the process with the customers. Very disrespectful. I literally had to show up in person several times because Lisa the assistant manager never replied my phone calls and emails and in fact, tomorrow I will go in person again for the same situation. It's going to be two months now and still one credit card didn't get the check and I've been paying this loan too. This is very unprofessional and for sure this is the first and last time I make business with this bank and branch. Don't go there if you need serious respectful and PROFESSIONAL customer appreciation...
