  Worst bank in the world and this happens to be the worst branch. A notary named Roxanne Thompson refuse to notarize a document because it was a loan document for a bank that is not theirs. We got the manager involved and he refuse to do anything. Abuse of power by an angry mean woman. These idiots should be ashamed of themselves. taking my business elsewhere

  I was very disappointed when told noone was available to notarize a letter knowing full well that at least 2 bank employees present that day who are notaries (and notarized my documents previously) were unwilling or uninterested to serve my needs. Poor service, no courtesy, and very unprofessional... time for a change at this branch.

  Good service. Robert Donald Jr was perfect. He solved my problem quickly. My waiting time was compensated by his good service. Thanks a lot

  An institution is as intelligent as the individual representing it at the time you're dealing with it. Considering the lazy people lined up in it as employees wasting clients' valuable time as they are too busy trying to look pretty with the exception of a couple, I can never understand why this branch was opened. What the customer needs doesn't count. What the individual representative feels like doing for herself at the moment is the priority. The only service that is working decently is the teller that is when two certain tellers (one of them name is Aida, I believe,. I do not remember the other), are there. Other times, you can forget it.

  I would give no stars if it were possible.. Just went to cash a check cause I was near by. The teller who happens to be of Asian decent didn't want to cash my check cause I was using an expired license even though I explained to her that I'm waiting on a replacement. My information is the same and hasn't changed since I've had this account for the past five years. Never had an issue in the past.. I recommend all TD bank customers to avoid this branch you can see the other reviews aren't good!...
