  Bad community member. Lies to neighbors. Loud trash collection at 6:30am, in violation of the law. Rude service. Worst bank in DC.

  Was misled by a customer service representative, Monika, to create a new a new checking account under the presumption that it would lead to less fees and make their service in DC more accessible. This was not the case and it ruined my nine years of trust in TD bank because an employee likely wanted to get a commission from opening a new account.
