  They don't seem to have enough bankers working. I saw 5 banker tables and there was only one guy taking the clients and it took him more than 40 minutes to take that one client. There's like 10 people waiting. There wasn't even place to sit except for 4 people and the remaining six were left standing. I got to see that banker 2 hours later. worst experience ever.

  Friendly staff and very helpful. I had to close my account since I was moving out West and they made the experience very easy. I did mention that they should consider opening stores out West and I will be more than happy to open another account.
