::Horrible customer service! I was actually encouraged to just close my account when calling. Worst bank I've ever used and for a company that claims to be "America's Most Convenient Bank", it makes you wonder who they're convenient for because it is certainly not the customer!

::Td bank has one of the worst correction beyond the worst customer service I have ever had in all of my time since the first day I got my first credit card account weather the customer service is on the phone or in person at the branch from the top store manager all the way down to the bottom the new employee. Wish I had never ever gotten an account at TD Bank I don't refer this bank to anyone

::The assistant store manager here has poor customer service skills and very badly dressed for the job. I thought this was a place of business but yet she looks like she got her clothes from a trif shop that sells 1980's suits out of a can. I hope they hire better people because TD bank is a great bank.
