  The customer service sucks. There’s only like two people on each shift causing multiple back ups of customers. Overall slow and horrible service.

  Customer service is amazing but They are Charging fees for basic accounts and you have to keep asking for credits every time

  Matt our mortgage broker was wonderful. He got us a great deal on our home equity loan. The employees at the branch are very friendly and helpful.
