  Bad customer service!!!! Don’t go to this TD bank unless you specifically want service from Suzan, the manager. Overall, this bank on Springfield ave needs to shut down. It’s losing a lot of customers!

  Very unprofessional in the way they speak to customers. They have about 6 workers at their desks with 10 people waiting to see one of them. Then they have a line of 6 people and one of the three tellers walks away without even saying anything to let customers know if he’s coming back or not. Very slow and show they don’t care in their demeanor. One of the worst TD banks I’ve been to.

  Do not open an account here if you are a nonprofit or small business! They do not cater to nonprofits nor small businesses nor have accounts for such! If you are a nonprofit they make you jump through hoops to prove that you are a nonprofit with no guarantee of an account that does not have a service fee. They are more interested in charging a fee than helping the community. Check out their CRA rating! The lines are poorly set up. Customer service is a joke! They do not have a sign in sheet and the wait is forever! Not worth the time opening an account at this nor any TD bank!

  I gave three starts because this is the third day that I’ve come to the branch on Springfield Ave in Newark NJ and the card machine is down. One of the guys told me it would be back up Tuesday, I called machine still down same as Wednesday and here it is Thursday and the machine is still down. This is a place of business where things in this nature should be available as needed. Besides that banking with them has been great. I really love this bank. Plan to be a memeber for a long time.

  This has to be the WORST branch & bank in history, I opened an account with this branch 1/17/2018 and i submitted 3 deposits with a total of $20,700 by 1/21/18 and i kept looking at my account in order to see why the money never cleared into my account, I called 2 days later 1/23/18 they told me that they did not know where my money was and they cant seem to trace or find any history of the transaction, How does a bank lose or misplace an amount that big ? ? ?, Come to find out the money had been placed in someone else's account and the "Manager" gets an attitude with me when i asked her how did that happen, The crappy care rep named "SUSAN" told me 3 different times she would call me back to address the issue and never did, I am taking this up with corporate to make sure everyone in that horrible staff is fired & replaced. ONCE this is sorted out i am closing my account with this bank and sticking with CHASE the #1 Bank in the World.
