::Dana Petrovic and Tonie Lombardi- Store managers- two of the most rudest and disrespectful women I have ever had to do business with. Especially since I have been coming in banking with them for 4 years. I wont be back at this location. Please train you managers and hire qualified people who know customer service. Not dana Petrovic. Rolling your eyes and giving attitude to a banking customer is only going to lead me to change banks. Also, Please learn to open up a email. It seems you are missing basic knowledge that is required in any management position

::Horrible bank. Stole my money. Signed up with a no fee, no paper trail 100 dollar minimum account. I let the account sit with no expectations of anything happening. They sent me an unrequested statement to knock me under the 100 min and then dudected until the account was empty. I went in to use my 100 with expectations that the 100 min no fee account would be fine and it was empty, over drawn. I fought for my stolen money and they refused to help even during Christmas. Worst bank ever dont use for your own good.

::The new staff is very rude impatient disrespectful and treat the customers like crap. The new manager is not a very pleasant women someone must have peed in her cherios! Maybe it was Penny your hardest working employee in all of the T.D. Branches. Bring back Penny she was the best part of Garfield T.D. Bank and the old staff they were all extremely nice and wonderful to deal with miss you guys. Get rid of that new women manager she is truly a nightmare! And this is me being nice...

::The experince there sucks, the menager was a lady, and she is so disrespectful, i had a misunderstud with the signature, and she was like angry and she said no even a work like plz, I need this or that, she was just like go bring me smthng with or signature and she throw my ID and stuff.
