  The ultimate WORST banking experience i ever had. 3rd world country customer service is way better than this TD Bank brunch.

  Horrible absolutely horrible wether you call or go there you always end up waiting forever. Shut it down!!!

  Unfortunately this is the worst of the many TD Banks I know: (1) Always a long line despite many tellers, tellers seem inexperienced and make errors; (2) Clients themselves seem to be lower-income and the line even can sometimes feel unsafe; (3) Sometimes the place is not clean, especially the ATM area which can have trash everywhere. Since I have both TD and Chase accounts I try to use the Chase Bank across the street, still many lower income clients but security is better, the greeters direct traffic efficiently and there are always ATMs open to serve you immediately next to the teller line.
