  This is the worst td bank ever . The people that worked there ignore the customer. I was just there waiting for like 10 minutes and I was completely ignored nobody came over and asked me if I needed help or said anything. I was sitting down so I thought maybe they didn’t see me so then I stood up , I’m 6 feet tall there’s no way you can miss me and still no one asked me if I needed help. I left after being ignored for 10 minutes when they were clearly people available to help me. I called the manager once I left the bank and was put on hold for another 10 minutes so I still not get to speak to anyone. Worth bank ever don’t ever go to this location

  I am not a TD Bank North client but recently had interaction with Dan from the Lake Grove location. He went out of his way to help me. People helping people.

  THEY NEED TO GET HEATHER BACK. SHE WAS GREAT AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.TELLERS NOW DONT GIVE A DAMN.
