  My fav bank, many perks checking acct with a min 100 and will get no fees. Open sundays, free notary service, drive thru, parking. A+

  Just had to stop by and write about my pleasant experience. I needed to set up a convenience checking account ASAP since I needed a place to deposit my TAP grant for school. I looked at several banks yet this was the only one that was open on Sunday. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a security guard who directed me to the place I should go. I took a number and sat down on the couch until I was called. The wait time was a little bit longer than usual being that the service rep told me a coworker had called in sick and she was a last minute fill in. She was very nice and helped me choose the right account that would best work for me. I got my check deposited the same day and I also received a welcome package along with my brand new debit card. I was able to set up my online account the same day and have access to my funds 24/7. Everything went smoothly and they provide a wide variety of services such as 401k management services along with regular checking and savings accounts. I also found out that they are very generous with the credit limit and interest rates on their credit cards if you already have a relationship with them. They approved me for their TD Cash Back card and received a very high credit limit along with free Fico score checks on their website.

  The workers here seem overworked and exhausted and are there to just punch a time time clock etc.

  I really needed to have a check cleared and after exhausting all my options on the phone with customer service I decided to walk into a branch to see if someone could help me there. There I was met by Assistant Store Manager Gilbert who invited me to his desk and proceeded to check on the account and even though I was from out of town he got it done. I left extremely satisfied and happy I have TD Bank hiring classy and fair managers to really help their customers. Good job Gilbert.
