  Store Manager, Bernita Mims-Hareeood extremadamente grosera, con los clientes y empleados. Estuve en una situación que requirió mi ida al banco, y el representante de servicio al cliente, estuvo trabajando arduamente conmigo, y cuando necesitó pedir su autorización , para continuar con el proceso, interrumpió de forma brusca y descortés. Se negó a desbloquear mi cuenta. Sin tener conocimiento de que se trataba, y en que trabajaba su subalterno.

  I've been a big fan of TD and have accounts at other branches for years. I am a big fan of their services and love the stores. This one os not one I will return to. The staff was polite but not knowledgeable. It took 45 minutes to replace my ATM card. And it took 3 people to figure it out... I did the same process at another branch in under 5 minutes. The lines are extremely long and people look overworked like zombies.

  My wife lost the wallet in the bank.thank god, they help us to find the wallet. Very nice service. 5 star for sure

  TD bank is known for being convenient. There is nothing convenient about this bank. The people are semi- nice but the indoor service is slow and the outdoor banking is awful. The bank looks like it's from the 70's and I'm waiting for the bell to ring or light to light up. It just doesn't look or act like any other TD bank. Definitely go to the Broad st., bloomfield, clifton Ave. in clifton, Garfield, or Woodland Park.... any other. People actually shut off their engines at the drive through. Lol P.S I wrote this whole review while at the drive through and there are only two cars! Lol
