::The Bank is clean, and the staff does their job. That's about it for Pros. The staff does their job however there are never enough tellers, and the time it takes to assist one customer is very long. You get the occasional teller that looks like they want to go home, but you see that in any customer service job. There is usually a long line, and the parking lot is packed. Also used to have a coin machine, but for some reason it's still there but closed down. TD should have more machines inside rather than have people wait on tellers.
