  It was the worst banking experience I ever had!! Would never recommend TD to anyone. I’m taking everything out of there ASAP they’ve incorrectly charged me overdraft fees and the customer service at this particular bank was beyond unbelievable. First, they made me wait to speak with someone there was nobody in the bank...then they sat down with me and didn’t even let the words leave my mouth, and then afterwards they asked me 60 times if I need anything??? Really ????

  This bank continuously makes mistakes when you make withdrawals. COUNT YOUR MONEY BEFORE YOU LEAVE! They won't call you to tell you they messed up and they won't try to help you if you can't come back for it. Twice in one week they did this to our business. Not convenient at all for the people.

  Absolutely great service. I wanted to get my Indian passport photocopies notarized. The store supervisor (Eduard) was so helpful and humorous too! Even though I wasn't a TD customer, he quickly help me notarize this. We just happened to walk into this bank, after being rejected to notarize my documents at Chase, where I am a customer.

  I actually was at the new TD Bank located on 3rd and 57St. for the grand opening. A big celebration with hot dogs, treats and cool scratch offs to win keychains to $250. The bank is a typical TD bank set up with dog treats, lollipops, and a water cooler for dogs. The bank has lots of help, a greeter who directs you for business transactions to other questions. Everyone seemed happy and willing to help.
