  If I can give this Bank zero stars I def will. The customer service is horrible. 2 people working and there's 20 clients waiting on line to be adressed. They are super slow, take their time. Don't care about people's needs. I will be transferring banks asap. Their motto 24/7 available and being the fastest bank is a complete lie!! What a shame!

  worst customer service ever from Irina Orlovetskaya, stay away!!.. I went in to td bank wanting to open an IRA account and exchange some currencies. Two people was waiting ahead to speak with a representative. But man, they are super slow! I waited almost 45 minutes even with though there's three representative working that day. When I finally able to speak with their representative Irina, I told her I wanted to open an IRA, she told me I can only open savings or cd and because I have a TD checking, I can open a saving ira? I asked three times like what she mean by that cause I don't understand why I can't open an IRA account or just a specific IRA account. It's just a simple IRA, why did she make it so complicated. I feel like I need to do more research and I don't trust her opinion. Next I ask to exchange Canadian currency cause I need to visit Canada. She is so not helpful, she keep telling me $1 CAD is equal to .80xxxx USD. But I wanted to know how much $1 USD is equal x amount of CAD $. I ask like five times, and she said this is what the system show, doesn't go the other way and refused to even take out a calculator to check for me. The worst customer service that I've ever seen.

  The bank withheld two check deposits I made 6 days ago on a Friday. The bank withheld the money and said it will be made available on Thursday. That's a very long time to hold on to checks. They decided not to make $100 available as they do when checks are deposited. Phone support told me the branch will be able to release the funds. The branch manager declined to help me and got snappy instead of offering a solution. Moreover, I called and asked for the service to avoid insufficient funds fees in advance. The branch further declined to assist when I brought up this issue. Now because the bank held on to my money, I will get an additional charge from them.

  I really liked this bank. My mom over 62 so account is free if daily balance more then $250. Also money order and Certified Check is free for her. Free candys and nice service.

  The Branch manager Terri and staff at that branch is fantastic. Very professional and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure my problem was resolved after trying to do it on my own for 7 months with no prevail. She got it resolved!. Amazed and impressed. Thank you very much G.M.V
