  Janet greeted me as soon as I walked in asked my name and treated me amazing. She directed me to Henry and although i was closing my acct he was professional asked why tried to resolve my issue although he almost had me convinced to stay I already had made up my mind. Their customers service was 5 star!! Thanks guys !

  Very welcoming branch! Only If I can give 10 Stars! All the staff were kind and patient with me. At first I went to the branch at 150th st on Northern Blvd. but the guy at the the front desk was so rude so I walked out and came to this branch and a gentleman sat down with me and explained the basic details on all the different accounts until I was helped by a representative named Henry. Henry was Very Kind and Very Patient with me with all of my dumb questions and all. He took his time and explained Everything in details! I do live closer to their location at 150th st but I will be going to the 196th st. branch instead definitely.

  This branch is great in every aspect, nice people, short lines most of the time, a bathroom if needed , convenient parking and it seems they are always open!

  I used to use the TD bank in Hillcrest branch. This place is a lot cleaner and the staff is more friendly. Overall a better place to go.
