  Has to be one of the worst branches I've have ever been too. The employees including the assistant manager Stella, gave me one of the worst banking experience providing me with invalid information and wasting my time.

  It’s not America’s most convenient bank, let’s say it’s just a regular bank for regular operations, or let’s say a bank offering good public notary service.. I had a bad experience with Mrs Nadia, she was just wasting my time by holding on the phone for the online service, it was nice from her part to be patient but i think when you make a trip to the bank, that means you got bored holding with the online service, or the problem has not been solved through the phone ! And finally she didn’t solve my issue with the new account or even my current account ! I opened my account with Santiago, he’s more professional, communicate better, and he offers better convenient solutions.

  The worst Customer experiences ever, have appointments for 8:30 don't even pay attention to you but stand behind the teller counter and BS. Oh my favorite "customer service Representative" Nadia, where did they find this lazy excuse of a human being doesn't want to do anything to help a customer, not the type of individual to go above and beyond for anyone. Don't know why they even put this branch here when I would rather just drive to Scarsdale.
