  the teller at drive through most times ask just without any greeting. that do you want. worst experience.

  Love TD Bank. TD is my favorite Bank.... Even though they got rid of their Penny Coin Counting machines. Their customer service and business hours make up for it. Keep up the good work guys.

  Great experience,I stopped by just to get some informations and requirements of opening an account.Mrs ANGIE ISSA:a very professional and welcomer banker explained to me all the details and the concerns. Immediately she opened an account and printed out a VISA CARD for me to be used as soon as I want.that service impressed me. Definitively I will close all accounts I have with other banks: (business ,personal & credit cards) and reopened them with this bank.

  Went to the TD bank at around 12.30 to 1 pm on 18th of June 2017 (last Sunday) to open an account for my wife and me. The girl at the counter greeted us well and told us to wait for the banker who took 10 minutes to come to serve us who just in plain words asked "what do you want", and when we told her about our need she just gave us a leaflet and told us to go sit at another desk and read it while she serve another customer. And when my wife stood up to sit at the other place she again rushed us by saying go sit there. We were so shocked and hurt thinking what made her to treat us so bad. We both work for a reputable firm that deals with so many customers who love us for our great customer service. But unfortunately we at TD bank were treated like garbage. We just walked out of the bank (my wife was in tears) and the banker didn't even look at us or gave any care. So today we went to Wellsfargo where angels work. They treated us so well and kind heartedly, my wife was so happy and said this time we came to the right place. Dear TD bank top management, please check the CCTV to understand what we went through as I really like you all to check it. The horrific treatment we got would stay in our minds and sadly we would not recommend TD bank to anyone. I'm really sorry to write this review but did so as we do not want anyone to go through what we had to. Hope you would improve your customer service. Thanks.

  I'm only giving one star because I have to. Such horrible customer service, have no respect for the constumers so rude and arrogant this women named July, I always have a problem every time I go , try not to go here.
